Inkiness with Dora

Good morning and welcome to our mind month inspiration post where the DT are currently challenged to try something new, this month I am pleased to introduce Dora, I will hand you over to her to tell us what she has created.

"I use my new stamp "visible Image, Stay Wild'. And I have use the 'Splatter Brush' from Tim Holtz. I have that brush almost for a year and never used to make a creation. I have tried to make something with the brush but always goes it into the bin and the brush is laying in my tool basket.....So for this challenge theme by the DT-members I have to challenge myself to use this brush. The brush is laying there for my nose for couple a minutes....Eeks.

I stamp my stamp with a stamp platform from Tim Holtz and after drying I put my Splatter Brush in my ink (elcoline) and make splashes in the green and red. So far so good.Than I use adirondack ink red and lime green to ink some corners. This is my first time that I like it and dare to show this".

Thank you so much Dora.

March challenge

Good morning and welcome to our March challenge where this month our theme is.........

********Forest Friends********

All those creatures we associate with walks in the Country and woodlands or even at the bottom of the garden for those of us fortunate to live in the Country, the choice is yours and we look forward to seeing all your creations but please can I remind you we are a stamping challenge so must see a hand stamped image which reflects the theme as the focal element of your artwork , this means:

Stamping must be the central point of attention and interest

We hope you will join in and look forward to seeing all your creations. We have a fabulous prize this month from Tattered Lace .................

Ribbon storage box, ribbons, bow makes and inspiration book

Tattered Lace is home to a range of beautifully delicate and detailed craft products, including the successful Tattered Lace Dies and Embossing Folders, designed by Stephanie Weightman.

We welcome Sue as our Guest designer this month with a beautiful creation featuring Squirrels...........

And here is the inspiration from the Design Team, judging by their lovely work I think it's a theme they all enjoyed creating for.........

You can enter up to three creations but please note: If we do not comment on your entry it will be because it does not follow the theme, qualify under our rules, or because we are asked to sign in or provide additional data to comment on third party hosts particularly Instagram, Facebook, Splitcoast etc. We do not want to be rude but we do want to be fair to those who do follow the rules.
